How can I contact you to book or cancel a service?
Please call us at 901-8821 to book a new service, confirm or cancel a scheduled service. For safety reasons, we do not answer the phone while we are with our clients (your pets) to ensure they have our complete attention at all times.
When cancelling a service, you must give us at least 24 hours notice. We will confirm the cancellation by phone, if you leave a voicemail message.
A cancellation fee of $12.00 will be charged for less than 24 hours notice. | |

What are your regularly scheduled walk times?
We have scheduled group walks Monday to Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., each which last an hour, including pick up and drop off.
When can I book a private walk, pet sitting or a pet taxi service?
Private walks, pet sitting or the pet taxi service can be booked at any time during the day or evening that does not interfere with the regularly scheduled walks; weekends included.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash or cheque, payable upon receipt of the invoice. Invoices will be mailed monthly to regular clients, and immediately after individual services.
What are your requirements regarding the health and temperament of my pet?
Every pet we care for must:
- be spayed or neutered
- have up-to-date vaccinations
- be free of communicable diseases
- be non-aggressive towards humans and other pets
- have a collar on at all times, including the license tag and rabies vaccination tag
- have secondary identification such as a tattoo number or microchip
- be trained to walk on a leash (for dogs only)
To ensure that all of our clients (your pets) are cared for in a completely safe and healthy environment, we will not accept clients who do not meet the above criteria.
What happens if the weather is too severe on the day of my scheduled service?
If the temperature is -25'C or lower, or if there is a blizzard or a downpour of rain occurring, walks will be cancelled for the safety of your pet. You will be contacted as soon as possible after the severe weather occurs and may choose to reschedule the walk or have us do a pet sitting instead.
Pet sitting services will still be provided on days of extreme weather, as long as the road conditions remain safe. Pet taxi service will be cancelled in all cases of extreme weather, to protect the safety of your pet.
In the event that the extreme weather conditions last more than 24 hours, you will be contacted personally to discuss your options and concerns.
During the warm summer months, fresh water will be available for all dogs during each walk to ensure they stay properly hydrated.
